Early Years base

In our Infant Department we have two classes of mixed aged children.  This flexible approach allows us to provide the best opportunities for all of our children regardless of their age or ability.  The children work in small groups with our 3 Infant Teachers,  Mrs Sullivan, Mrs Duggan and Mrs Jameson and our Teaching Assistant Mrs Cubitt.

Year 1 & 2 base

We have been developing the outside area our Infants use.  We have a climbing wall, wooden creative climbing frame and role play house.

Pow Wow Week

We wanted to grow our own vegetables.  So planned a raised bed to go in our new Infant playground.

We have left part of our playground wild to attract wildlife for us to watch.

Play in the house is linked to our topics and it has been a flower shop, cafe and sometimes a house linked to a story we have been reading.
